Philip has been falling in love with art since 1976, and he hasn’t stopped collecting, creating, and experimenting since. Mentored in Italy by American artist William McCoy, he’s always pushing boundaries and thinking outside the frame. At The BART on Aviles, Philip mixes his love of art with a dash of St. Augustine savvy to make every visit creative, fun, and unforgettable.
